Data Deletion

Request deletion of your account and personal data. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.

Before You Delete Your Account

  • •This action cannot be undone. Your account, profile, and most associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • •Messages and expense records shared with your co-parent may be retained for up to 7 years for legal purposes (court evidence, tax compliance). This is required by law.
  • •Your co-parent(s) will be notified that your account has been deleted. Shared family data will continue to be accessible to them as necessary.
  • •Photos you have uploaded to the Picture Wall will be deleted. Photos shared by your co-parent will remain.
  • •Active subscriptions will need to be cancelled separately, or they will be cancelled as part of this process.
